COMPLAINT AGAINST CAM JULIE MARR

CAM LICENSE 30369

HERE IS ANOTHER EXAMPLE: A DOCUMENTED COMPLAINT THAT WENT NOWHERE AGAINST A LICENSED COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION MANAGER.

It took the Department exactly seven days from mailing the letter acknowledging receipt of the complaint until sending out the form letter stating that the complaint as filed showed no violation of the statutes or rules which govern the profession or professional involved in your complaint.

Meaning that it is absolutely within the statutes and rules that a licensed CAM can knowingly mislead -- and outright lie -- to the people who sign the paycheck!

Actually, the DBPR makes it sound like it is part of the CAM's job description to twist facts, lie and cheat!

Below is the list of the documents regarding the CAM complaint against Julie Marr.

Make up your own mind if this is a manager you want working for your association.

Secretary Drago and/or the DBPR never responded to the two letters of inquiry. Another government agency which thinks that problems disappear if ignored!

Actually, the false statements made by Julie Marr caused the board to go forward with a lawsuit brought against them by owners trying to get the financial records -- including CAM payroll -- only to pay a lot of legal fees and hand over the documents anyway!

I offered CAM Julie Marr a way out of the problem before filing an official complaint by sending her -- and the association board -- a letter, asking them to remedy the situation by correcting the statements. See:

CAM Uses Deceit To Hide Her Salary From Record Requests

NO ANSWER!

Why are so many people under the false impression that problems go away by not responding to letters?
