Wouldn’t it be nice if law enforcement agencies in all Florida counties would do what so far only Miami-Dade is doing? Legislators in Tallahassee prevented this by killing bills behind closed doors that would have created better enforcement of crimes in Florida’s community associations.

The law enforcement agencies in Miami-Dade County have united with the office of State Attorney Katherine Fernandez-Rundle to finally fight crime in community associations, after we all saw what had happened in the HAMMOCKS!

And in order to get the detectives of these law enforcement agencies ready to be able to properly investigate the complaints filed by owners, Tamara Reyes (South Florida Property Owners Consulting) in collaboration with Eisinger Law, hosted a specialized training course tailored for local law enforcement personnel. And many of the officers from the various economic crime units followed the call.

There are even three Miami-Dade located firms that can help owners with investigating suspicious activities and to help owners filing the necessary police reports.
