Milena Macias is an attorney admitted to
practice law in the state of Florida and in the state of New
York. Milena is also licensed as a community association
manager (LCAM) in the state of Florida. In addition, Milena
is a licensed real estate broker in the states of Florida,
New York and Pennsylvania.

Milena serves as an arbitrator on securities-related
disputes brought before the Financial Industry Regulatory
Authority (“FINRA”) . FINRA is a self-regulatory
organization that provides a forum to handle
securities-related disputes and “to safeguard the investing
public against fraud and bad practices” to serve the public
interest.
Presently, Milena serves as member to Advisory Board in the
Criminal Justice Department at a NY college. Previously,
Milena was a member of the Advisory Board in the Legal
Studies Institute of a major university in New York, where
she lectured and taught classes on legal ethics.
From April 2018 until April 2020, Milena served as President
at a condominium located in North Miami. As President,
Milena was dismayed when it was uncovered that the 40-year
safety re-certification inspection due in 2008 was never
completed and ten (10) years overdue.
In 2018, the 50-year safety re-certification inspection
became due. Working closely with engineers, architects and
contractors, Milena successfully guided the 40-year and
50-year recertification, with the final signoff and approval
obtained a few weeks after her term ended.
Milena serves as Director, Legislative Affairs at Cyber
Citizens for Justice, (CCFJ) a non-profit group dedicated to
to ensure greater protection for homeowners and condominium
owners living in mandatory associations in Florida. Milena
reviews and comments on proposed bills, introduces new
bills, meets with members of the Florida legislature to
discuss proposed bills and to ensure greater protection for
homeowners and condominium owners living in mandatory
associations in Florida.
Milena is the past President of the Community Association
Member Party (C.A.M.P. 2012), a non-profit group dedicated
to drafting and introducing new bills to the Florida
legislature to ensure greater protection for homeowners and
condominium owners living in mandatory associations in
