SANDS TO HOLD STATE OF FLORIDA CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION’S

TOWN HALL MEETING

WESTON – Rep. Franklin Sands (D-Weston) and Rep. Julio Robaina (R-Miami) will hold a State of Florida Condominium Association town hall meeting with other Florida legislators addressing condominium associations concerns at the Lauderdale West Clubhouse on February 19th at 1 p.m. 

This meeting is being held prior to the legislative session, and its purpose is to provide guidance to the legislators on concerns of condo associations and its residents on a broad array of topics, including insurance, hurricane preparedness, association management, and introducing our new State Condominium Ombudsman.

“This represents a wonderful opportunity for all concerned parties to come together and discuss issues that are causing associations and individuals great concern,” Sands said. The meeting is open to the public, and the agenda will begin with an introduction of the panelists, followed by an open Q & A forum.
