(CBS12) There's a deadline in place for the Eden Condos in Boca Raton. The condo is just south of Palmetto Park Road between Southwest 3rd and 4th Avenue. Eden is a four building condo development, but right now only one is complete. Bernard Seid paid more than $400,000 for his condo at Eden. He loves it, but the project which includes four buildings, a clubhouse and pool has not been completed, leaving an eyesore in the community. Seid says he is paying maintenance for the amenities, but there is no pool to swim in. Mayor Steve Abrams says the developer Ceebraid-Signal has a deadline of September 10th, when their permits expire. The mayor says it's not likley the city council will grant another extension.

Owner Bernard Seid: " We gave him the money -- where is it? It's been 38 month as of today that I signed my contract!"

Mayor Steve Abrams: "I don't believe we give them any more extensions. we're finally going to call their bluff!"
