HOAs are a method to nullify property rights of homeowners through an unconstitutional process; affiliated with a greedy industry that preys upon hapless homeowners struggling with HOA created problems, with the absurd chicanery associated with HOAs in Planned Unit Developments, Condos, Town Homes, Community development  districts, Adult Recreational developments, etc.  as a private totalitarian government that is impossible to reason with, they seem to be above the law, and beyond enforcement of law, as they are HOAs may contradict and violate the "Homestead Law" , and many other laws, and homeowner property rights (if we still have them), with impunity !!!!! 

and to make matters worse, no one seems to be able to do anything about this ???????????????????????

what are HOAs anyway ?  Religions, cults ???  Super-human dictatorial entities ????
A monstrous octopus of absurd legalities with unlimited power to charge fees, fine, foreclose, and over bill forever ???? A creation from the pit - the abyss - that has made the term "selective enforcement" a household word ??????

Pleeease somebody define this monster so it can be destroyed !! It lives !!!!
Who were its creators ??? Is it possible to dispatch it back to the pit or wherever it came from ????  I think we all know what its purpose is - to bleed us forever - after sending endless "Notices of Violation" of convoluted rules and ambiguous regulations that are selectively enforced depending on your hierarchical position in the HOA group !!!!!
managing with mind-numbing incompetence HOAs then compound interest on fees and fines culminating in ultimate foreclosure and total victory !

Think about it, if it is a legal entity, it can be destroyed !!!!!!!!!!
