This is a follow-up of reports aired before. There are obviously serious problems in the TURNBERRY RESERVE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. in Osceola County. Homeowners obviously try to replace the sitting board -- and the community association manager -- but the owners haven't really figured out yet how to do it!
