Petition for Objection to Assessment; Provides requirements for condominium, cooperative, & homeowners' associations when filing petition to value adjustment board; requires notice be provided to unit or parcel owners; provides unit or parcel owners have 14 days to elect to not be included in petition; authorizes association to seek judicial review of decision on single joint petition; authorizes such association to defend unit or parcel owners in subsequent proceedings.
