MEMBERS OF THE DADE DELEGATION HOLD TOWN HALL MEETINGS AND A SELECT COMMITTEE
MEETING ON CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION GOVERNANCE |
MIAMI – State Representative Julio
Robaina (R-District 117) will be holding a town hall meeting as well
as the first Select Committee meeting on Condominium Association Governance,
to help identify and address the many issues that homeowners are facing
with regards to condominium associations and homeowners associations.
The meetings will be held in an open forum
format that will allow residents the opportunity to voice their concerns
and touch on their own experiences in regards to associations. Residents
will also be encouraged to present solutions or suggestions that may address
various inadequacies relating to condominium and homeowner association
statutes (F.S. 718 and 720).
