Dear Mr. Kerstein.

Cyber Citizens for Justice, Inc. is a non-profit organization advocating for property rights of the Florida Residents.

The horror stories in Condominiums and Homeowners Associations have reached an intolerable point therefore creating a serious social problem, including but not limited to, Predatory Foreclosures and Embezzlement.

We hereby request that your office investigate and prosecute crimes committed by some Condominiums and Homeowners Association Board Members and Managers in South Florida.

We believe that no one is above the law and it is the responsibility of the State Attorney’s Office to investigate and prosecute all crimes and shall not have exceptions with any criminals.
