RICHARD WHITE OFFERS “TALK TO CAM ”

Do you have a question about how your association is being managed?

Residents in homeowners’ and condominium associations often need answers to their questions.  For the past 10 years, Richard White has written an informative weekly column that appears in Florida newspapers.  White provides a gateway to board members, owners, and managers to solutions to problems and to help resolve disputes.

Prior to Richard White’s column, Jack Holeman had written for 18 years.  Both men helped those persons who have no place to turn with their problems and questions about association operations.   “It is our hope that all associations, their members, and the board of directors will find a better way to operate the association,” states White.

“TALK TO CAM RICHARD WHITE” will provide listeners with a way to ask the pertinent questions.  You can download the broadcasts via your computer or you can listen on MP3 format.  In fact, many cell phones and PDAs can read the format. 

White will begin his first podcasts with questions and operational information.  Future broadcasts will provide phone discussions and interviews with owners, board members, managers, and service related vendors.

White welcomes your suggestions and comments.  As always, his goal is to improve the services offered to owners in associations.
