Community Association Managers; Renaming the Regulatory Council of Community Association Managers as the Board of Community Association Managers; specifying that a community association management firm must be actively registered with the Secretary of State; requiring rather than authorizing the Department of Business and Professional Regulation to refuse to certify an applicant under certain circumstances; specifying that the department may not renew a community association manager’s license under certain circumstances, etc.
