GENERAL BILL by Senator Jeremy Ring

Community Associations; Requires an insurance company insuring condominium association property to provide notice to unit owners if the insurance will be cancelled or not renewed by the association. Authorizes the board of a condominium association to install impact glass or other code-compliant windows under certain circumstances. Provides that a member of a homeowners' association has the right to speak on any matter placed on the agenda of the board of the association for at least 3 minutes, etc.
