(Similar CS/H 0027, Compare H 1397, S 0998, S 2302) Residential Properties; Requires each newly elected director to certify to the secretary of the association that he or she has read the association's declarations of covenants and restrictions, articles of incorporation, bylaws, and current written policies and will work to uphold such documents and policies to the best of his or her ability. Provides requirements for secret ballots.
