Lawyers affiliated with the prestigious Community Association Institute (CAI) announced today that Florida Homeowner Associations and their respective Boards of Directors traced their origins all the way back through the Merovingian Dynasty, and discovered that HOAs were established not only by Royalty, but have a 'Divine Right' to exist.

"Mandatory HOA members shall now consider all Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs) as  'Divine Right' commands requiring total obedience without question. Any deviations from the Sacred CC&Rs shall be harshly dealt with.  Notices of Violation along with the appropriate fines and resulting fees shall be promptly issued forth to violators."  

Also, "the flying of Heraldry Flags depicting the Coat of Arms with Fleur-de-lis of each Florida HOA shall be permitted and encouraged".  The Supreme HOA BOD of Florida declared today through their attorneys, esteemed law firm of Dewey, Cheatum, & Howe.

Dr. Will B. Flocked, Ph.D., Professor of Hierarchical Groups and Their Origins, at the University of Wisconsin, verified that the research into the origins of Florida's HOAs was authentic, correct and proper, and that HOA Board Members have every right to use the designation  H.R.M. (His/Her Royal Majesty).
