HOA President Attacked With Shovel

A homeowner’s association president was attacked after he asked a man to move his truck.

Lou Marin was hit in the head with a shovel at the John Young Crossings subdivision. The man who attacked him had his truck parked on the grass, which is against the HOA rules in the neighborhood.

When Marin tried to give the man a ticket, he was attacked.

“He just walked up and clobbered me with a shovel,” said Marin.

The Orange County Sheriff's Office was investigating. The man who parked on the grass does not live in the neighborhood. He was visiting from Louisiana.
