A Port Orange man, frustrated over a disagreement with his homeowners association, fired shots into two occupied homes in the Countryside neighborhood, police said.

No one suffered injuries in two separate incidents in which Ronald Lovejoy, 67, fired shots into homes, Port Orange police said in a release. Lovejoy lives in the 900 block of Smokerise Boulevard in the Countryside subdivision.

Investigators learned a disagreement with the homeowners association prompted Lovejoy to shoot into two homes, one on April 17 and another May 19, police said.

Lovejoy was arrested Friday and charged with two counts of shooting into a building, police said.

He is being held at the Volusia County Branch Jail with bail set at $30,000.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Port Orange police Detective George Oliveira at 386-506-5895.
