Some unhappy residents in Tamarac's Mainlands 3 won't see any changes at their homeowner's association just yet and the neighborhood squabble is likely to wind up back in court, said Peter Wallis, the attorney for the residents..

Residents of Mainlands 3, a 55-plus neighborhood, had filed a lawsuit in circuit court asking a judge to help remove two husband-wife teams nearly 75 residents accused of mismanagement and creating an abusive environment.

The judge said no, but in November set a recall vote which was held Thursday night. Resident Sandra Kloszewski, who is leading the charge, said neither side received enough votes neither the residents who wanted to oust board members nor the majority of the board who wanted their own detractors removed from the board.

"I am so frustrated I can't stand it," she said.
