One purpose of the Annual Meeting is to elect seven (7) members of the Board of Administration for 2006, as well as transact such business as may properly come before the membership. An Agenda has been enclosed for your information.
The Board of Administration currently consists of seven (7) members. This year the membership will elect individuals to fill seven Board positions. The nominating committee has nominated the following seven candidates for the Board of Directors. Gary

Meeting. The election is to be conducted via secret ballot. Please proceed
as follows: 1.
Mark your BALLOT. Vote for seven (7) only. The ballots will be collected and counted at the Annual Meeting and the results will be announced. Your Board of Administration urges each homeowner to be present for this important meeting. Should you be unable to attend the Annual Meeting, please utilize the enclosed Proxy to assign your voting rights to the Secretary or another homeowner. Federal Service of which 4 years was with the United States Marine Corps
and 38 years in the Federal Service. March - Present 2005 Provided volunteer services to the Brentwood Hills Homeowners
Association, Inc. This included going door-to-door throughout the
subdivision to obtain homeowners voting on association proposed changes to
covenants, conditions and restrictions. In addition, I am presently a
member of the association Violation and Fining Committee 1992 - 2004 Served as Deputy Commander, Defense Information
Systems Agency Special Operations Command Field Office, MacDill AFB Florida.
My primary function was to provide customer support to Headquarters United
States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) and the 6th Air
Refueling Wing. The support involved providing Command, Control, and
Communications and Intelligence (C31) system support and technical advice,
analysis and system engineering support to improve their 01 systems and
capabilities. I supervised nine Office personnel daily and controlled our
Office budget in support our customers. 1967 - 1991 Served as a Federal Employee, providing Customer
Support throughout the world to US Military and Civilian Agencies. 1962 - 1966 Served in the U.S. Marine Corp. I have served with the Brentwood Hills Homeowners association in several capacities, including the Chairman of the Architectural Control Committee and currently as Vice President of the Board of Directors. I have served as a manager of the Army Air Force Exchange Service. 24 2005 RYAN OSBURN I would
like to submit my name in nomination for president of Brentwood Hills home
owners association. I have
resided in Brentwood Hills since April of 1992. I am 56 years old and a
retired chairman of the sheet metal workers association. My background is
in labor relations I represented and negotiated agreements for the highest
paid railroad in the nation. I know how to get the job done. For 13
years I have witnessed power struggles within this association from past
board members to the present and it is always the same thing lets blame
all our problems on the property manager or the landscape company .Its
time we say enough is enough we need to take back our association from the
property manager. If your tired of the shoulder shrugging do not attitude
of the current board. then its time for a change, a change I might add for
the better. First thing i will do as president of this association show leadership
something this association has lacked for many years. At board meetings i
will listen to all concerns of the membership not just once a year at
annual meeting. I will represent all members 24 hours 7 days a week .I
have studied every agreement, bylaws, covenants, amendments related to
this association, plus a full library of arbitration cases. My
agenda for the first year will be the following to reduce our annual dues
from $320 to 310.00 a year , be available to all members of this
association and I will not run or hide from an issue. I will always answer
every e mail or letters addressed to me or the board. Finally take back
our association from the property manager. If you are looking for
leadership for all members of this association that you deserve, vote for
me either by proxy or at the annual membership meeting. I assure you I am
