Dear Candidate,

In case you are not familiar with our organization, here is a short description for your information:

CYBER CITIZENS FOR JUSTICE, INC. was founded to unite Floridians in their quest to improve the daily lives of CITIZENS in our State. We are an Internet based organization seeking to present CITIZENS' interest through ADVOCACY, EDUCATION and LEGISLATIVE REFORM. 

Our founding father's provided us the impetus to achieve our common goals and objectives when they said: 

"From Justice as a Foundation all Rights flow!"

As the 2002 election proceeds we're conducting a "Candidate Forum" by asking you to respond to questions on the reverse side of this correspondence. Your answers and additional comments pertinent to these issues and others you care about are encouraged and appreciated. 

Since time is of the essence your response is expected to be returned in a timely manner. The answers you provide will be posted at our Web site and distributed to our members and friends in your district.

Do you support a Property Reform Task Force to review and recommend meaningful reform related to real estate transactions of deed restricted property?      
Do you favor curtailing and/or eliminating the ability of homeowners associations to foreclose on homestead exempted property?      
Will you assist consumers to create a Homeowners Bill of Rights?      
Do you support increased funding for home health and community based care to delay and/or avoid nursing home placement, while maintaining adequate care in nursing homes?      
Do you support limiting development consistent with available water (Floridan Aquifer), electrical, transportation and school facility availability?

Do you support maintaining Florida’s current Vertical Accessibility Requirement within the building code to accommodate the disabled?      
Will you create and/or support enforceable legislation to rigidly regulate, restrict and/or ban airboats from all residential and residential/agricultural areas as specified in Article II Sec 7(a) of the Florida Constitution?      
Will you promise to oppose unfunded mandates debated for passage in your assigned committee or legislative chamber?
