INTRODUCTION
Doug Wiles is a member of the Florida House of Representatives since 1996, representing District 20, parts of Clay, Flagler and St. Johns County.

Doug's peers recognized his leadership abilities by selecting him Democratic Caucus Leader Pro-Tem for the 2000 - 2002 Legislature and Democratic Speaker Designate, also known as the House Minority Leader, for the 2002 - 2004 sessions. 

In last years' session he sponsored and co-sponsored many consumer friendly bills, among them the Mandated Property Reform Task Force Bill HB 887.

He always had an open ear for the problems of homeowners living in associations.
