DESTINATION FLORIDA COMMISSION TO MEET IN PENSACOLA 

Fourth meeting of Commission to provide Public Hearing and Discussion of Retirement in Florida 

TALLAHASSEE - Governor Jeb Bush's Destination Florida Commission, created to evaluate Florida's competitive position in attracting retirees and to make recommendations for the future, has scheduled its fourth meeting. The meeting is scheduled on the following date:

1:30 p.m., Monday, November 25, 2002

The Destination Florida Commission will use information gathered from public hearings and meetings to prepare an interim report this fall and to make final recommendations to Governor Bush and Secretary Terry White in January 2003. The Commission will receive public comment at each of their regularly scheduled meetings as well as by letter or email through the Florida Department of Elder Affairs.
