THE DO-NOT-VOTE-FOR LIST

(LEAST WANTED CANDIDATES)

If you are a Florida Homeowner or Condo Owner, here is a list of candidates who have shown that they have no -- or very little -- concern for your welfare!

SO, IF YOU VALUE YOUR WALLET AND YOU WANT TO PROTECT THE WELFARE OF YOUR FAMILY, DON'T VOTE FOR THESE CANDIDATES.

THIS IS NOT ABOUT A POLITICAL PARTY AFFILIATION  -- REPUBLICANS OR DEMOCRATS.  THIS IS JUST A LOOK INTO THE UNSAVORY HISTORY OF THESE CANDIDATES AS LEGISLATORS WHO FAILED TO RESPECT OUR RIGHTS!

DO NOT VOTE FOR:

CANDIDATE FOR FLORIDA GOVERNOR

TOM GALLAGHER

 ELIMINATED AT THE POLLS

TOM GALLAGHER

Tom Gallagher was the CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER in Florida. Please check the problems with Citizens Insurance and your high-priced homeowners' insurance premium for further information!

The much bigger problem is the fact that Gallagher is a longtime political friend of lobbyist and attorney, Peter Dunbar, most likely our worst enemy in Tallahassee. Peter Dunbar was responsible for pushing most of the anti-owner bills we saw in the last few years in the legislature. Under the pretense of creating owner-friendly bills, Dunbar works behind the scenes trying to convince legislators that the bills he is pushing will create owner-friendly reforms. Far from the truth!

When you cast your vote,

don't vote for Tom Gallagher for Governor!

Candidate 22nd Congressional District

RON KLEIN

RON KLEIN

Senator Ron Klein is a director of Sachs, Sax & Klein, a law firm that has been involved in many association battles. Another member of this law firm, Larry Glickman, was responsible for many lawsuits that tried to force homeowners and condo owners to join mandatory golf courses all over Florida. It cost owners lots of money, didn't really help the golf courses, but forced quite a few elderly people to move against their will! We definitely don't want to vote for an attorney whose law firm caused many problems for our elderly citizens!

DON'T VOTE FOR RON KLEIN!

Candidate State Senator District 16

FRANK FARKAS

  ELIMINATED AT THE POLLS

FRANK FARKAS

As a House Representative for District 52 (Part of Pinellas), Farkas sponsored the infamous Community Association Bill HB 1593 in 2005. This bill was an outright attempt to turn back the clock and kill quite a few of the reforms that had been achieved by the HOA Task Force bill in 2004. Sponsoring this bill showed where Farkas is coming from: The association service providers’ pockets! We don't need another Senator with dirty hands!

DON'T VOTE FOR FRANK FARKAS!

THESE REPRESENTATIVES MAY THINK THAT THEY ARE SAFE IN THEIR DISTRICTS IN THE MOMENT, BUT TERM LIMITS WILL GET THEM OUT --  AND THEY MIGHT RUN AS CANDIDATES FOR HIGHER OFFICE!

WE VOTERS HAVE VERY LONG MEMORIES!

REPRESENTATIVE
TOM ANDERSON

District 45 (Dunedin)

Representative Anderson sponsored HB 957, another HOA bill that was heavily pushed by lobbyist Peter Dunbar. It was amazing that Anderson filed a bill that would have definitely hurt the elderly, adding again liens and foreclosures for fines to the HOA Statutes. Representative Anderson often claims he is an advocate for the elderly! Just read: WHY HB 957 Is Another Really Bad Bill!

DON'T VOTE FOR TOM ANDERSON!

REPRESENTATIVE
CARL DOMINO

District 83 (Palm Beach)

Representative Domino filed HB 391, a bill detrimental for homeowners' welfare. The bill was given to him by lobbyist Travis W. Moore, lobbyist for the Community Associations Institute and Becker & Poliakoff P.A.. It's another GET-RICH-QUICK-SCHEME for specialized attorneys!

Palm Beach County is one of the hotbeds for problems in HOAs.

DON'T VOTE FOR CARL DOMINO!

REPRESENTATIVE
ANDY GARDINER

District 40 (Orange)

Representative Gardiner used his position as House Majority Leader to push the agenda of CAI activist Dick Spears and attorney Paul Wean. He was instrumental in pushing these bad bills through the House:  HB 1593 in 2005 and HB 391 in 2006. Constituents from his district contacted him on many occasions, but he failed to give them any kind of real responses. His dedication to the service providers is obvious and homeowners can't expect any support from him!

DON'T VOTE FOR ANDY GARDINER!
