Senator Paula Dockery, who initially sponsored Senate Bill S 398 -- Residential Properties --- the companion bill to Representative Kevin Ambler's horrible bill H 115, a bill we dubbed "THE ATTORNEYS' FULL EMPLOYMENT ACT", has withdrawn her support for this anti-owner bill.

The Senate website reads: Withdrawn prior to introduction

Senator Paula Dockery, who is challenging Attorney General Bill McCollum for the GOP nomination for Governor

had been told that bill would be supported by all homeowners and condo owners in Florida .

Far from the truth -- only special interest and dictatorial board members would love that bill! That bill, if enacted, would have been detrimental for homeowners living in mandatory homeowners' associations.

As soon as Senator Dockery was made aware of the serious problems that bill would cause for Florida 's homeowners living in homeowners' associations, she pulled the bill: Withdrawn prior to introduction

THANK YOU,

SENATOR PAULA DOCKERY!

So far, H115 has no companion bill in the Senate!
