In the article "THE PLAYA DEL MAR SAGA CONTINUES" published January 22, 2008 I made the following incorrect/false statements (quote):

Looking into her family history, you can see that her father and grandfather had as well a very checkered past. Charles L. Montanti and Vincent J Montanti were both involved in union-mafia related criminal trails in New Jersey.

I retract the above statements in their entirety. Charles L. Montanti and Vincent J. Montanti are actually father and brother of Ms. Gamburg - not father and grandfather as stated in the article. Further, they were not involved in any union-mafia related criminal trials. 

My previous statements concerning Charles L. Montanti and Vincent J. Montanti are totally incorrect! I am sorry and I apologize for any inconvenience, harm or damage to the reputations of the Montantis my assertions may have caused.
