This bill is mostly the work product of the HOUSE SELECT COMMITTEE ON CONDOMINIUM AND HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, filed by Chairman Julio Robaina. You find many of its provisions in the Final Committee Report (http://www.ccfj.net/HSCFINALREPORT.html) of this Committee. 

This bill creates very important safeguards for condominium owners and much stricter regulations of community managers: Much needed -- as the hearings of the Committee showed!

It is important that the members of the committee will receive as many e-mails and telephone calls as possible -- latest Monday at noon!
